1. Scope

All deliveries by MissSharz Sassy Trends, Sharon Otieno www.misssharz.com to consumers (§ 13 BGB) are subject to these General Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Contracting party

The purchase contract is concluded with: MissSharz Sassy Trends, Sharon Otieno, Hauptstr. 117, 10827 Berlin. You can reach our customer service for questions and information from Monday to Friday from 9: 00h to 18: 00h under the telephone number +49 (0) 30 2199 6515 as well as by e-mail under info@misssharz.com.

 

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order dar. Errors excepted.

3.2 By clicking the buy button in the last step of the order process you make a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order, or we can record your payment on our accounts.

4. Right of withdrawal for consumers

Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us: 

MissSharz Sassy Trends, Sharon Otieno, Hauptstr. 117, D-10827 Berlin, Tel .: +49 (0) 30 2199 65 15, E-mail: orders@misssharz.com by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail ) with the order number about your decision to withdraw from this contract. In order to maintain the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

 

Consequences of the cancellation

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we have selected all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from your choosing a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery we offer have to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees. We may refuse to repay you until we have the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must deliver the goods to MissSharz Sassy Trends, Sharon Otieno,  Hauptstr. 117, D-10827 Berlin immediately, and no later than fourteen days from the date you inform us of the cancellation of this Agreement. to send us back or hand over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. In the case of non-return shipping, we charge you for the costs incurred by us. You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

4a. Return of wigs, hairpieces, etc.

If you decide to exchange or redeem, leave all original labels and paper tags attached to the wig / hairpiece. Please do not change the hairstyle of the wig / hairpiece by styling or trimming off the lacefront. Do not use hairspray or other styling products. Please make sure that the wig does not smell like kitchen fumes, cigarette smoke, perfume, body sweat, etc. For the exchange or the return the wig must be in the original condition.

4b. Return of adhesive, care and styling articles

When returning adhesive and care products, they must also be in an unused condition. This means that the packaging and lids must not have been opened so that the article is no longer in the new and original state. Liquid adhesives may not have been used for the test. For hygienic reasons, it is then no longer the new condition of the liquid adhesive. From adhesive rolls, tape, Klebewinkeln etc. may not have been cut or stolen. Products with absorbent pads (such as Scalp Protector, Max Hold, etc.) must not have been used for hygienic reasons. Not even unique. Spray and foam spray bottles must not have been sprayed.

 

5. Prices and shipping costs

5.1 The prices stated on the product pages include all price components. As a small business owner, we calculate according to. §19 UStG no VAT.

5.2 The shipping costs can be viewed directly under "Shipping & Payment".

 

6. Delivery

6.1 The delivery takes place worldwide with Hermes, DPD, DHL, TNT or UPS.

6.2 The delivery time is between 5 to 10 working days depending on the customer's location. On any deviating delivery times, we point out on the respective product page, or inform you by email about delays or longer delivery times

 

 

7. Payment

7.1 Payment can be made by Credit card, Direct debit or Paypal,

7.2 You are only entitled to set-off if your counterclaims are legally established by a court or undisputed or have been acknowledged in writing by us.

7.3 You can only exercise a right of retention if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.

 

8. Unavailability of the goods

If we, MissSharz Sassy Trends, Sharon Otieno for reasons beyond our control, do not receive the delivery item from our supplier, the customer is entitled to cancel his order. In this case, MissSharz Sassy Trends, Sharon Otieno, undertakes to inform the customer immediately by e-mail, telephone or fax about the unavailability of the delivery item and to reimburse any payments already made by the customer without delay.

 

9. Retention of title

Until full payment, the goods remain our property.

 

10. Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes relating to the delivery business is the place of jurisdiction of MissSharz Sassy Trends, Sharon Otieno. The registered office of MissSharz Sassy Trends, Sharon Otieno, is the place of jurisdiction in the event that the customer does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or relocates his domicile abroad after conclusion of the contract or if the domicile of the customer is unknown at the time the complaint is filed. For all legal relationships arising from the delivery business, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Sales Convention. With regard to all legal relationships arising from this contractual relationship, the contracting parties agree to apply the law of the Federal Republic of Germany to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention.

 

11. Warranty

The warranty is subject to legal regulations.
